A Network Marketing Leader is someone who...

How do you know if the distributors in your organisation are going to make top leaders. 

According to To m 'Big Al' Schreiter, in his book 'How to Build Network Marketing Leaders, Volume 1' ...a network marketing leader is someone who...

  • Gets the most out of new distributors and helps them become more than they can become alone.
  • Will make sure his or her distributors order products at the end of the month
  • Never complains about downline distributors
  • Never complains or whines to the upline sponsor or to the company.
  • Has his or her own goal and aspirations
  • Conducts the regular opportunity meeting for you when you're away.
  • Make sure the hotel room is taken care of, product display set up, and the meeting starts on time. 
  • Is in personal control of his attitude and doesn't let the outside influences control his success. 
  • Sets a strong personal example of a steady focus on the ultimate goal.
  • Is happy when you're gone, so he or she can do their business peacefully withour your interference while enjoying taking responsibility and being in control.
There are more criteria than the above this gives you and idea. Who do you have in your organisation that tick the above? Once you identify your leaders, that is where you focus your time and energy. Work with those who are working. Match their efforts. The mistake I've seen is distributors spending to much time and trying to motivate those who don't want it yet! Circumstances may chance in the future and their 'why' gets bigger, I always leave the door open and love everyone for where they're at on their journey.
